Variety reports that Amber Heard has alleged that Jason Momoa, while on the set of 'Aquaman,' was intoxicated and imitated Johnny Depp in his attire.

According to court documents reported by Variety, Amber Heard accused her 'Aquaman' co-star, Jason Momoa, of being intoxicated and emulating her ex-husband Johnny Depp's style while on set. The notes, taken by Heard's therapist and included in last year's defamation suits between Heard and Depp, allegedly state that Momoa expressed a desire to have Heard fired, was often late and inebriated on set, and dressed in a manner resembling Johnny Depp, complete with rings.

Variety included a statement from a DC spokesperson affirming that Momoa maintained professionalism throughout the filming of 'Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.' When approached for comment, a representative for Momoa declined to respond. An unnamed source present on set, as mentioned by Variety, noted that while Momoa enjoys the occasional beer, he does not arrive on set intoxicated.

The source further clarified, stating, "And he isn't dressing like Johnny Depp. He has always dressed in that bohemian style."

Insider reached out to representatives for both Heard and Momoa for comments, but there was no immediate response outside regular business hours.

During her defamation trial against Depp in May of the previous year, Heard testified that she had "fought really hard to stay in the movie" and had to settle for a "very pared-down version of that role."

Entertainment industry expert Kathryn Arnold, who served as a witness for Heard in May 2022, testified that Heard was able to retain her role in the film because Momoa had advocated for her.
